Exchanges and Warranty

 

 

Function101 provides a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase for all Function101 products except for our cables, for which we offer a two-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

Our warranties cover any manufacturing defects but unfortunately cannot cover damages that come from normal wear and tear of the product.

If you have questions or our warranty policy or would like to submit a return request, please email us at support@function101.com.

If you do happen to do an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exact style or product for claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed.  If that is the case, we will issue a store credit instead of a full replacement. The store credit applies to function101.com does not expire!

All warranty claims for items that were not purchased directly from www.function101.com must include a proof of purchase from a Function101 authorized reseller. Any item purchased from an un-authorized reseller will not be valid for returns or warranty claims.

Function101 is not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Function101 product. Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted on the product page after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
