Function101 Shipping Policy
Most standard shipments are sent through USPS, or UPS ground. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order.
Packages usually reach their destination in 3-4 business days but can occasionally take longer. Orders placed after 10am Pacific Time may require +1 day to process. For example, orders placed after 10am on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

USPS is currently experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. This may cause unexpected delivery delays.
International shipments are sent to most locations via USPS International. We do this to ensure the best possible shipping experience.
Orders typically take 7-10 Business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes have unexpected delays, resulting in up to 2 weeks for some destinations. Orders may also require up to 1 day to process, especially if you are located in a different timezone than the warehouse we are shipping from.
International orders may ship from any of our three warehouses located in Henderson, NV, or Hong Kong depending on your location and stock availability.
VAT & Duties
Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from the United States or Hong Kong. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. Function101 will do our best to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed. You can track your package from here.

Issues With Tracking Info
We are happy to help, but unfortunately we only have access to the same tracking information that you have. We ask that you please try to resolve any issue with the carrier directly. If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or Lost Items During Transit
Function101 will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit.
Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
