ome items in our store may be offered as a Pre-order or a Subscription. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our immediate inventory.

  • Payment: We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout, securely storing your payment method to charge the full or remaining balance at a future date (typically when the item is ready to ship).

  • Cancellation: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been created, the order can no longer be canceled.

  • Returns: If your pre-order has already shipped, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our standard Return and Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription option for any of our products, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you selected at checkout.

  • Billing: Your payment method will be stored and charged automatically at the start of each subscription period.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your Customer Account portal or by contacting us at info@function101.com.

  • Deadlines: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a renewal has processed will apply to the following scheduled delivery.

  2. Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" or "Order History."

  3. Select the order or subscription you wish to modify and follow the prompts to cancel.
