What is the best way to pack MacBook Chargers?
For the new MacBook charger with Type-C, put the cables separate from the charger and tightly coil the cable into an oval.
For the older MacBook models, we recommend coiling the cable separately from the charger.
What if I lose my elastic band?

What is the best way to clean my BentoStack?
We recommend a cleaning cloth and non toxic screen cleaners but a wet cloth will also clean it nicely. Be careful with lotions and having it in the sun as that may have the color fade.
What is the difference between BentoStack and BentoStack XL?
The bottom compartment of the BentoStack XL is 10mm taller than the normal BentoStack to accommodate the extra size of the international wall chargers.
Will my MacBook extended power cord fit in the BentoStack?
Standard MacBook charging cables will fit in the bottom compartment along with the MacBook power brick. BentoStack is not designed to fit the extended cables with have a 3 prong wall adapters.

How to activate the wireless charger when not connected to a power source?
Hold down the Power Button for 3 seconds until the LED closest to the Power Button turns green. You can now place your Qi Charge enabled iPhone on the Cover to charge wirelessly.

How much is BentoStack Charge?
BentoStack Charge has an MSRP of $99.95 and comes in two sizes. BentoStack Charge fits USA wall adapters and BentoStack Charge XL has a bottom compartment that is slightly larger and is designed to fit the larger international wall adapters.
Customers can also purchase the BentoStack Charge Cover only on Function101.com for $59.95 and fits the existing BentoStack.
What is the wireless charging rate?
BentoStack Charge offers 10W charging when used with the fast charging wall adapter and 5W charging when being used as a portable wireless charger using the built in 5000 mAh battery.
Will the BentoStack Charge work as a portable power bank?
Yes. BentoStack Charge includes a USB-C power in port and a USB-A power out port. The 5000 mAh battery will allow our customers to use either the USB-A charging port or the Qi charging pad. Future versions will have a higher capacity battery that will allow simultaneous charging. This first solution was approved by our team with the focus on meeting certifications and our safety standards.
When charging the BentoStack Charge Cover, can you charge the iPhone at the same time?
When BentoStack Charge is being charged by a wall charger, it acts as a live wireless charger only. This means you can wireless charge your phone without having to press any buttons. It will disable the USB-A port when it is plugged into a wall charger. We are looking at future versions that meet safety standards.
